Booking Services Online
Clients have the ability to easily book and cancel services online.
Clients can add multiple visits or walks to any service request. Visit or walk times can be varied as required and notes may be added.
Email Confirmation of Requested Services
As an administrator you receive an email confirming the details of the services requested which can be viewed in the service request queue in Pet Sitter Plus.
"Requested" status in the Client Schedule
The services requested by your client will show in the clients own online schedule with the status “Requested”.
Service Request Processing
As an administrator, you are alerted to new service requests from within the admin interface and have the ability to process requests into your live schedule with the minimum of effort.
Administrators can change the details of service request and change / assign the appropriate sitter(s).
Services are then either added to an existing service order or to a new order.
After processing, services appear in both the admin diary and the pet sitter’s own diary.
Email Confirmation that Services are Scheduled
An email is automatically generated and sent to any contact associated with the client record informing them that the services requested are now confirmed
Service requests showing confirmed
The services requested by your client are now showing in the clients own online schedule. The “Requested” status has been removed because the booking is now confirmed.
