It is now possible to bulk email clients from the schedule for any reason. For example you could bulk email your clients when their service is cancelled on a snow day or a holiday.
Click DIARY & SCHEDULE
Choose your day or date range
Click “switch to schedule view”
Select all the schedule items to whom you would like to send an email and then click "Email Jobs..."
Un-check “Send to Sitters” then choose your email template. You will most likely need to need to create some new email templates to use this feature. An example is provided in the screenshot presentation on this page.
