Taking booking and arranging my staff has become a breeze. Invoices and billing is now done in seconds, as is chasing outstanding payments and checking staff are invoicing me correctly for their work.

I run a dog walking business and I used to spend a lot of my time chasing payments from customers. There was just far too much paperwork. Chasing payments is a thing of the past. Customers love too see a full break down of the service provided and cost, so they know exactly what they are paying for. Invoices are straight forward and emailed at the end of every month, and payments go straight into my bank.
My customers are more than happy with the system. Pet sitter plus support is priceless. Anything I do not understand there is always help at hand either by email or telephone, definitely great peace of mind.

PetSitterPlus software has helped enormously with my scheduling and invoicing. Before I had this software I was keeping all my records on spreadsheet and a paper diary which caused me a lot of headache when clients changed dates and timings. It was also getting more and more complicated in keeping up to date with payments, deposits. This mean that invoicing at the end of the month was a nighmare as I would spend hours double checking my diary against the spreadsheet.
