Pet Sitter Plus is one of the most trusted and established pet sitting software suppliers in the world.   Our reputation is built on our support, and the support desk is where that reputation is earned.  We are recruiting two UK based Support Analysts to join our flexible home based team.

You will be:

  • Working in Freshdesk, our support desk platform, responding to customer queries.

  • Building a deep, holistic understanding of Pet Sitter Plus... not just the features, but how businesses of every size actually use them every day.

  • Helping customers get unstuck, get set up, and get the most out of the software.

​

Full product and system training is provided. We don't expect you to arrive knowing Pet Sitter Plus inside out, but we do expect you to be curious, interested in problem solving, patient and genuinely good with people.

​

Hours: typically 15 to 25 hours per week to start, worked flexibly.

Flexibility

  • A competitive hourly rate is offered for part time flexible working, dependent on your skill level.

  • For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to transition into full time if required.

  • Full employee contract with 28 days paid holiday. Expected salary £16 - £18 per hour equivalent to a salary of £31k to £35k.

This is what makes this opportunity unusual. Once you're settled and confident on the support desk, we actively look for ways to widen your involvement using whatever other skills you bring. You can take on any or all of the following, as your interests and abilities allow:

​

Product Documentation Specialist

Writing and maintaining information articles in our knowledge base, particularly important around new releases. You'll learn to use AI tools to make this work faster and considerably more effective.
 

Software Testing

Testing new modules and feature releases for usability and bugs before they reach our clients. Ideal if you have an eye for detail and enjoy breaking things constructively.
 

Marketing Support

Creating online marketing content and social media posts, again with AI tools to accelerate the process.
 

Sales Coach

Many of our team also work as sales coaches, guiding prospective clients through implementing and using Pet Sitter Plus. This carries a very generous commission-only structure that sits on top of the hourly pay from your other work, a genuine route to increasing your earnings significantly. It often involves evening and weekend work.
 

Video Production Specialist

For the technically minded and creative:

  • Writing narrative scripts for our educational product videos, using AI tools to streamline the process.

  • Producing video content with tools such as Camtasia and Canva.

  • Editing narration and footage into the finished tutorials that appear in our Learning Zone.
