Pet Sitter Plus is one of the fastest growing pet sitting software suppliers in the world. To keep up with expansion, we need to recruit more software coaches to help our prospective clients to implement Pet Sitter Plus.


As a software coach you will be providing prospective clients with one to one coaching and training in the use of Pet Sitter Plus. You will receive full training and be fully supported at all times by our inclusive team of pet sitting / software professionals.

If you are a pet sitting business owner and you have some time to spare, you could be earning a sizeable second salary AND doing something that is both challenging and rewarding.

Benefits include;

  • Flexibility - Software coaches work part time. This is a role that best fits around the other commitments that you have in your life. 

    • Your coaching caseload is agreed and adjusted to suit the amount of spare time you have available.

    • This is a job that can fit around your other commitments including running your own pet sitting business.

    • As a guideline we are looking for people who have 3 spare hours a day to commit to this role and are available most of the year (minus the usual vacations).

  • Income - Earn between $30,000 (£22,500) and $50,000 (£38,000) a year by working part time - There is no ceiling to income*Pet Sitter Plus software coaches are rewarded on results.

    • Successful software coaches enjoy a healthy monthly compensation which is based on a percentage of the subscription.

    • Rewards are cumulative. New subscribers are added to your list of existing subscribers. Overall compensation grows as you sell more.

    • Compensation builds up over time to become either a sizeable second income or a significant primary income depending on the time you can commit to the job. 

  • Improve Your Knowledge - As a Pet Sitter Plus software coach you will be training your industry peers in the best way to use Pet Sitter Plus (full training and mentoring is provided). You will become a product expert and learn a variety of new ways to implement Pet Sitter Plus.


  • If you have been in the pet sitting industry a long time and are looking for a new and exciting challenge then this could be it. Learning is both fun and rewarding and your new found knowledge will help you to get the very best out of Pet Sitter Plus not just for your clients, but also for your own business too if you have one.

Candidate Profile - So who makes a great candidate for this role?


  • Experience of running a pet sitting business is an advantage.

  • A working knowledge of Pet Sitter Plus is an advantage.

  • You will need to have spare time, this role requires that you have around 15 - 20 hours a week of spare time.

  • You must feel at home with computers but you do not need to be a "tech guru".

  • Being good with people is an advantage.

  • Having the ability to understand how software can be used to make a business more efficient is an advantage.

Based in Jacksonville FL USA, Becky owned and ran a busy pet sitting business for many years, managing a team of more than 35 sitters. Named "Dog Days & Cat Naps LLC", you can read more about Becky's business here, now under new management:


After implementing Pet Sitter Plus in early 2014, Becky saved so much time that she found herself scouting around for her next big challenge. Impressed with her experience of dealing with the team at Pet Sitter Plus she offered to join the company.


Becky recently sold her business and now works for Pet Sitter Plus for most of her working week. She helps other pet sitting businesses to implement Pet Sitter Plus who are based in the USA and also manages our admin and billing functions.

Jackie Booty

Jackie’s early business life was spent in a variety of marketing roles in the corporate IT sector.


In 2006, Jackie started a pet services company and with that came an understanding of the requirements of the pet sitting industry. It was the need for a solution to the admin challenges of the industry that lead to the formation of Pet Software Ltd in 2009.


Jackie enjoys working as a software coach for clients based in the UK.

Richard Booty

PSP Software Coach.



Coming from a technical background, Richard has spent most of his career in IT related sales and management roles. Prior to launching Pet Sitter Plus in 2009, Richard worked in new business development in the legal IT sector and held a variety of roles in larger corporations including IBM.


Taking a sabbatical in 2006, Richard worked alongside his wife Jackie in their pet services company where he developed a keen understanding of the requirements of the pet sitting industry, but he also really enjoyed being "hands on" as a pet sitter / dog walker for 4 years.


Richard is CEO of Pet Software and has the responsibility for all aspects of running the business but he still works as a new business sales consultant covering the USA and UK
